Whether you’re new to the concept or have been practising for some time, this course will guide you gently through exercises, reflections, and practices that encourage the development of true self-compassion.
You are encouraged to go at your own pace and take time to process whatever arises. This is your personal journey, and it’s important to remain grounded and emotionally safe throughout.
If at any point the content feels overwhelming, especially if you are experiencing withdrawal, please pause the course and return when you feel more stable.
